Stunning new ground floor apartment
Recently occupied this luxurious apartment is in pristine condition with new high quality furniture. A private footpath leads to a glorious sandy beach which is within 200m of the apartment and the bustling centre of Aramcao de Pera is minutes away. The development is cradled in beautiful gardens filled with exotic plants. This apartment is suitable for elderly and wheelchair guests as it is on the ground floor.

Central location
Occupying a central position within the Algarve this development is an ideal location from which to base your tour of the Algarve’s extensive attractions- for family or for golf or otherwise, and to enjoy the the warm yet comfortable climate of the Algarve. There are some 22 golf complexes including 31 golf courses spread along the whole of the Algarve coast.

Secure parking is available within the complex. There is a communal, sheltered swimming pool in the centre of the complex, which benefits from all day sun. Sun loungers are available for use on the private patio area.

Garry says: "The appartment was perfect for us and the children. It had all the facilities and comforts of home. The beech was fantastic we spent every day on it and with access from the steps down to it was not a problem. We were disapointed with the pool being fully surrounded with apartments 3 stories high (a polo mint effect with a pool in the middle) and thus the sun was a problem as well as the noise and the echo sounds. And not being heated the wter was very cold. The location of the appartment was ideal for the town and resturants and thus we didn't hire a car. Taxi's were very resonable. Over all a wonderful holiday and will be returning. Regards Garry & Julie"
