West Algarve apartment rental details

Apartment Limoeiro
Apartment Limoeiro is a ground floor apartment located within the St James area of Praia da Luz, which is situated on the west side of the attractive and lively resort of Praia da Luz, overlooking a quiet residential area and enjoying good views of the bay. The shops, restaurants and the wide sandy beach are only a few minutes walk away. There is a small on site supermarket with a surprisingly large range of products, including freshly baked bread and croissants. The Restaurant Eclipse opened in 2007 and has terrace seating and views of the pools and garden. The children’s play area has a range of adventure equipment with safety flooring throughout. There are currently two large pools available, one for adults and one for children, both having ample terrace space for sun bathing with landscaped gardens around. The pools are fenced and gated for safety and the security of use for the St James apartments. The St James apartments have ample parking space with a large car park to the rear of the apartments, a smaller one to the side and some roadside parking also.

Apartment Limoeiro is tastefully decorated and comfortable. There is a separate kitchen equipped with a full oven and hob, built in dishwasher and washing machine, a fridge freezer and microwave. The large comfortable lounge/dining room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for a fifth person. There are patio doors to a balcony furnished for outside dining. Satellite TV, DVD, video and CD are provided for entertainment. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over. Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and have ample storage and hanging space. The lounge has good views over Luz Bay. There is a lift to all floors.

Only a short walk from the many excellent bars and restaurants of Praia da Luz, Apartment Limoeiro makes an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year. Praia da Luz is also an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve and with the town of Lagos only about 10 minutes drive away as well, the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.

Susan says: "Very good .Stayed in quite a lot of properties in Luz this was up to standard. Well maintained and equiped. If there was a small niggle it was towels on sunbeds and I would expect St James management to address this as the owners will be paying services for this. Having said this the sun was on the balcony most of the time and the beach is not to far away. Please pass my thanks to the owners."
