Lagos villa rental details

Pedra Alçada is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom villa with a private pool situated at the top of the historical town of Lagos. The gate leads up a pathway to the front door, which opens into a very spacious entrance hall. Double doors lead into the living room with sofas, coffee table, TV with free to view channels, a dining area to the back seating 4 people and doors leads out from either end of the room to the pool terrace with wooden table and chairs for outside dining. A door leads into the breakfast room with table and chairs. The well equipped and fully fitted kitchen has oven, hob, sink with drainer, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. A door leads onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers with lamps, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. French doors lead to the garden at the side of the villa. The twin bedrooms have twin beds with bedside drawers, fitted wardrobes and each room has french doors leading to the garden and pool terrace. The full bathroom has bath, shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with mirror above. The villa has a separate apartment upstairs which has a twin bedroom, a shower room, a kitchenette / lounge and a balcony. The pool is surrounded by paving with sun loungers and beautifully mature gardens. A roofed BBQ is built into the corner of the terrace. This very beautiful and spacious villa has been brightly finished in summer colours and is very well maintained and equipped. It is just a few minutes walk to local restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The center of the town of Lagos (approx. 15 mins walk) has a buzzing night life and plenty of shops and street entertainment. The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk.
