Why did I buy a property in this area?
My wife and I were looking to buy a holiday home abroad and we both love the relaxed style in Portugal not to mention the fantastic restaurants and world class golf courses. As a keen golfer I wanted somewhere that would have a safe environment for my family to enjoy while I take to the course with my clubs and the Algarve certainly provides this. Olhas De Agua is on the outskirts of Albuferia a town of two faces - one the clubs, pubs and restaurants of "the Strip" and two the old style Portuguese fishing village that has fantastic fish restaurants and a world of choice.

What is in the immediate locality?
The complex is siutated in the heart of Olhas de Agua with shops, bars and restaurants literally 100 yards away. If you dont want to drive but wish to go into Albuferia or up the road to Vilamoura there is both a taxi rank and bus stop 50 yards from the entrance providing the convenience and safety you may be looking for.

This superb one-bedroom apartment sleeps 2/4 people and is part of a brand new luxury complex in Olhos d’Agua on the sunny Algarve. Furnished in a contemporary style, the apartment boasts high quality fittings throughout. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen, one master bedroom and bathroom. The lounge and bedroom both have sliding patio doors opening onto the balcony with views of the pools/sea. Guests have the use of the communal pool, plunge pool and flood-lit tennis court, or can simply sit in the sun and enjoy the manicured gardens. Alternatively, the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. The grounds of the apartment are secured with locking gates, and guests will benefit from underground parking with lift access to the apartment. Sunny Olhos d’Agua is only 25 minutes drive from Faro airport and has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants all within short walking distance.
