Casa Kavine
Casa Kavine is a 2 bedroom townhouse with private pool, at the top end of Praia da Luz, roughly 600 m from the centre of town.
As you enter the house, you come into the lounge with two large 2-seater sofas and a coffee table, a large flat screen TV (with freeview channels) and a DVD player. There is a gas fireplace beneath the TV. French windows open out onto a small balcony.
Up a few stairs and to your left is the very well equipped kitchen, with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing-machine. Doors lead out onto the pool terrace, where there are a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining, as well as sunloungers with mattresses and sunshades.
Opposite the kitchen is the dining room, with table and chairs for 6 people, and french windows that also lead out onto the pool terrace.
In between the kitchen and dining room is a W.C. with hand basin and mirror above.
Up the stairs and to the first floor, on your left hand side is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony with seaviews.
Up another few steps, you come to the second bedroom which has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The patio doors lead out onto a small balcony, overlooking the pool area.
On the very top floor, there is a small enclosed terrace, with lovely seaviews.
This modern townhouse is fully air-conditioned.
