Porto Dona Maria 22 is situated approximately 3 Kms from the beach town of Praia da Luz, in a quiet estate with beautiful sea views. It is a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and an established garden surrounding the property. The entrance hall leads into the spacious living room which has two 2 seater sofas, an open fire place, TV with freeview channels, and a Welsh dresser. To one side of the lounge is a dining area seating six. This room has two large windows on either side, one facing onto the side garden area and the other overlooking the front garden and the sea. It has French windows leading onto the front terrace and pool area with sunbeds (incl. mattresses) and shaded outside dining for six people. The pool is approx. 3.5m x 8m and the depth is between 1m and 1.5m. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob with extractor, double sink unit and drainer and larder with washing machine. It has a door leading to the back garden connecting to the pool and stairs leading to the roof terrace with stunning sea views. Off the entrance hall is a small shower room with toilet and hand basin. A hall lined with wardrobes (safe installed inside) leads into the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, toilet,hand basin and large mirror above. There is a window in the bedroom that has sea views. The bedroom includes a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom is a large twin room with a full en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has double wardrobes and bedside cabinets with lamps. A window overlooks the side garden. The third bedroom is a smaller twin room with double wardrobes and drawers, the window overlooking the back garden. The villa has light rustic tiled flooring throughout and is light and spacious with lovely views in a quiet surround.
